The light painting were really fun to do. I went and bought some glow sticks (bracelets), which gave them that circular feel. The first one I just threw them in the air and let them fall down and the second one I was actually holding them and swirling them around.
For the first outside picture, I did a 30 second exposure and just thought the last of the sunset was hitting the front of this cellar really neat. The second one I turned on my car lights for about half of the exposure which gave it that glow.
You disgust me--how do you do such cool photos? Every time I look at your photos i realize how much I have to learn. I love the color from the glow stick bracelets. I like both of those a lot. The color and the circular swirls are so good.
ReplyDeleteI second what seth said! Those bracelets make awesome light photos!! I also liked the shot with the car lights, and how it really brought out the different colors
ReplyDeleteGreat colors with the glow sticks. I'm gonna agree with Josh, the glow that the headlights caused gave the photo a really cool effect. Great shots!
ReplyDeleteI love the colors of the glow sticks! The first photo is my favorite, it just looks great with the transparency of the other colors and the black background.
ReplyDeleteI really like the rainbow looking ones. They are so awesome. I used glow sticks and now I wish I would have gotten more colors.
